改革开放以来,进城务工人员的贡献有目共睹,但长期以来也积累了诸多问题。社会各界针对进城务工人员问题提出了不少对策,但效果并不明显。之所以出现这种状况,主要是因为没有抓住进城务工人员问题的核心——其家庭成员间明显的空间分离所导致的严重工作家庭冲突。最后,要破解进城务工人员问题,必须以工作家庭平衡为中心推动进城务工人员家庭城市化。 Since the reform and opening up, the contributions made by migrant workers in the city are well known to all, but many problems have been accumulated for a long time. Many people in the community put forward many countermeasures to the problems of migrant workers in cities, but the effect is not obvious. The reason for this situation is mainly because of the failure to grasp the serious work-family conflict caused by the obvious spatial separation between family members at the core of the problem of migrant workers. Finally, in order to solve the problem of migrant workers in cities, we must promote the urbanization of migrant workers' families based on the work-family balance.
