亲爱的同志們: 祖国的社会主义建設事业正在飞跃地向前发展,各項工作,各个角落都在起着日新月异的变化。电器工业也在一日万里地大跃进。許多我国过去不能制造的高压、大型、尖端的产品,在短期內紛紛設計試制成功了,其中有不少在質量上还达到了国际水平,压倒了英美。1959高压开关的产量要翻5～6番,这是史无前例的。目前已有許多薪厂投入生产和即将投入生产。我国的高压电器制造工业将星罗棋布,遍地开花。作为反映高压开关制造业新产品設計、試制及生产經驗的“高压开关技术报导”,在电器工业大跃进中,担負着反映情况、交流經驗的光荣任务。
