研究了 I E- A A S 法测定食品中痕量 Cr( Ⅲ) 和 Cr( Ⅵ) 的方法;讨论了原子化条件、样品预处理方法及 Cr( Ⅲ) 和 Cr( Ⅵ) 分别测定的条件选择与方法;确定了以酸浸提食品中的各种价态的铬的样品预处理方法;探讨了利用弱碱型阴离子变换树脂选择吸附 Cr( Ⅵ) ,进而分别测定 Cr( Ⅲ) 和 Cr( Ⅵ) 的条件与方法。
A method for the determination of trace Cr (Ⅲ) and Cr (Ⅵ) in foods by I E- A A S method was studied. The conditions of atomization, sample pretreatment and determination of Cr (Ⅲ) and Cr Selection and method. The pretreatment method of sample with various valences of chromium in acid leaching food was determined. The selective adsorption of Cr (Ⅵ) by weakly basic anion exchange resin was discussed, and then the Cr (Ⅲ) and Cr (Ⅵ) conditions and methods.
