MYCN高扩增、高表达出现在约20%的神经母细胞瘤中,并且与肿瘤的恶化和不良预后有关。近年来,已明确在神经母细胞瘤的形成中,MYCN是几种mi RNAs的重要调控因子,同时也证明抑癌mi RNAs抑制了MYCN的表达和神经母细胞瘤的增殖。本文总结了神经母细胞瘤中MYCN和mi RNAs的相互作用,以及它们对神经母细胞瘤发病机制的影响。
MYCN is highly amplified, highly expressed in about 20% of neuroblastomas and is associated with tumor progression and poor prognosis. In recent years, it has been clarified that MYCN is an important regulator of several mi RNAs in the formation of neuroblastoma, and at the same time, it is also demonstrated that tumor suppressor miRNAs inhibit the expression of MYCN and the proliferation of neuroblastoma. This article summarizes the interactions between MYCN and mi RNAs in neuroblastoma and their impact on the pathogenesis of neuroblastoma.
