以欧亚种酿酒葡萄“赤霞珠”(Vitis vinifera L.cv.‘Cabernet Sauvignon’)扦插苗为试材,对葡萄幼苗分别按100∶0(T1)、75∶25(T2)、50∶50(T3)、25∶75(T4)及0∶100(T5)5种比例施用NO3--N与NH4+-N氮肥,以不施肥作为对照(CK),研究不同形态氮素配比对葡萄叶片光合色素和碳水化合物含量的影响。结果表明:混合氮素处理T2、T3和T4幼苗在各时期叶片中光合色素与碳水化合物含量均高于CK和全铵处理T5(硝铵比0∶100);同时,处理T2各项指标均高于其它处理组,且处理T2与CK具有显著差异(P<0.05);全硝态氮处理T1(硝铵比100∶0)各项指标与处理T3相近,且皆低于处理T2而高于处理T4,含硝态氮处理间各指标总体上无显著性差异。
Taking the cuttings of Vitis vinifera L.cv.’Cabernet Sauvignon ’as the test material, the seedlings of grape were treated with 100: 0 (T1), 75:25 (T2), Nitrogen fertilization with NO3 - N and NH4 + -N at the ratio of 50:50 (T3), 25:75 (T4) and 0:100 (T5) was used as control (CK) Effects of grape leaf photosynthetic pigment and carbohydrate content. The results showed that the contents of photosynthetic pigments and carbohydrates in leaves of T2, T3 and T4 seedlings treated with mixed nitrogen were higher than those of CK and all-ammonium treatment T5 (ammonium nitrate ratio 0: 100), meanwhile, (P <0.05). The indexes of total nitrate nitrogen treatment T1 (ammonium nitrate ratio 100: 0) were similar to that of treatment T3, and both of them were lower than that of treatment T2 In the treatment of T4, there was no significant difference in all indicators between the treatment with nitrate nitrogen.
