本文主要介绍使用压差法测量非蒸散消气剂吸气性能的测量装置、测试原理、测试技术和数据处理。最后，对测试误差的来源及减少或避免误差的因素进行了讨论．实践证明，利用此测试装置测量非蒸散消气剂及其它吸气材料的吸气性能，可以得到满意的结果． This article mainly introduces the measurement device, test principle, test technique and data processing of measuring the inspiratory performance of non-evaporable getters using differential pressure method. Finally, the sources of test errors and the factors that reduce or avoid errors are discussed. Practice has proved that the use of this test device to measure non-evaporable getters and other getter material gettering performance, can be satisfied with the results.
