目的:分析培本中药及其拆方在哮喘大鼠Th1/Th2失衡中的免疫调节作用。方法:60只清洁级雄性健康SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、全方组、拆方1组、拆方2组、阿斯美组6组,每组10只。正常对照组与模型组大鼠灌胃生理盐水,全方组大鼠灌胃23.0 g/kg药液,拆方1组大鼠灌胃9.0 g/kg药液,拆方2组大鼠灌胃8.0 g/kg药液,阿斯美组大鼠灌胃25.11 mg/kg药液。采用OVA注射及雾化激发方法复制哮喘模型。运用酶联免疫法对血清和BALF中IFN-γ进行检测,运用放射免疫法对血清和BALF中IL-4进行检测,运用RT-PCR法对肺组织中GATA-3及T-bet mRNA进行检测。结果:培本中药及其拆方均能改善哮喘大鼠血清和BALF中IL4/INF-γ水平及肺组织中T-bet/GATA-3 mRNA水平,以全方作用最佳,拆方1作用优于拆方2。结论:培本中药在哮喘大鼠Th1/Th2失衡中具有重要的免疫调节作用。
Objective: To analyze the immunomodulatory effect of Peiben Chinese medicine and its disassembled formulas on the imbalance of Th1 / Th2 in asthmatic rats. Methods: Sixty clean male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, complete group, demolition side 1 group, demolition side 2 group, aspartame 6 groups, 10 rats in each group. Results: Peibu herbs and their disassembled prescriptions could both improve the level of IL-4 / INF-γ and the level of T-bet / GATA-3 mRNA in serum and BALF of asthmatic rats.
