目的探讨多酶清洗剂浸泡配合超声波清洗医疗器械的清洗消毒效果。方法将非特殊感染医疗器械150件分为观察组75件,对照组75件,对照组以多酶清洗剂浸泡5min,采用手工刷洗法;观察组以多酶清洗剂浸泡后以超声波清洗,随后以全自动消毒清洗机清洗,对两组医疗器械清洗效果进行观察。结果观察组医疗器械清洗消毒后齿类器械残留物占1.33,非齿类器械与管腔类器械无残留,对照组分别为10.67%、9.33%、10.67%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医疗器械清洗消毒后目测法监测质量合格率98.67%,对照组86.67%,两组无明显差异(P<0.05),观察组细菌培养法监测质量合格率98.67%,与对照组80.00%相比,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医疗器械清洗消毒采取多酶清洗剂浸泡配合超声波清洗法可提高清洗质量,减少剩余残留物,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the cleaning and disinfection effect of multi-enzyme cleaning agent soaked with ultrasonic cleaning medical equipment. Methods A total of 150 cases of non-special medical devices were divided into observation group (75 cases) and control group (75 cases). The control group was immersed in multi-enzyme detergent for 5 minutes and cleaned by hand. The observation group was cleaned by ultrasonic cleaning after soaking with multi- To fully automatic disinfection washing machine cleaning, cleaning effects of two groups of medical devices were observed. Results In the observation group, the number of dental equipment residue after cleaning and disinfecting was 1.33, and there was no residue in the non-dental equipment and the tube type instrument. The control group was 10.67%, 9.33% and 10.67% respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After the medical device was cleaned and disinfected in the observation group, the qualified rate of visual inspection was 98.67% and that of the control group was 86.67%, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The qualified rate of bacterial culture in the observation group was 98.67% There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The cleaning and disinfection of medical equipment to take more enzyme cleaning agent soaking with ultrasonic cleaning method can improve the cleaning quality and reduce residual residues, it is worth promoting.
