作者设想采用不同pH范围凝胶并联排列技术,可对各种蛋白质遗传标记同步等电聚焦分型。通过对12种蛋白质遗传标记同步分型的结果证明了这一设想是正确的。12种蛋白质遗传标记同步分型的累积非父排除率大于0.9,累积个人识别机率大于0.9999,为法科学蛋白质遗传标记检测提供了准确、快速的新手段。
The authors envisage the use of gel-parallel arrays of different pH ranges to synchronize isoelectric focusing of various protein genetic markers. The result of the simultaneous typing of 12 protein genetic markers proved that this idea is correct. The cumulative non-parent exclusion rate of the 12 protein genetic markers was more than 0.9, and the cumulative personal identification probability was greater than 0.9999, which provided an accurate and rapid new method for the genetic sciences of law science.
