本文综述和评价了木素磺酸盐在三次采油中应用的新进展。单一的木素磺酸盐在油水界面的活性不高,不能有效地用于三次采油。木素磺酸盐和石油磺酸盐复合体系由于组份间的协同效应,在油/水界面产生起低界面张力。此外,体系内形成液晶相所产生的较高粘度,能够很好地控制体系流度。排驱实验的结果表明:这种复合体系成本较低且能产生较石油磺酸盐单一组分体系更高的采收率。
This article reviews and evaluates the recent advances in the application of lignosulfonate in tertiary recovery. A single lignosulfonate activity at the oil-water interface is not high, can not be effectively used for tertiary recovery. Lignin sulfonate and petroleum sulfonate composite systems produce low interfacial tension at the oil / water interface due to the synergistic effect between the components. In addition, the higher viscosities produced by the formation of the liquid crystal phase within the system allow good control of the system flow. The results of the drainage experiment show that the composite system has lower cost and can produce higher recovery rate than petroleum sulfonate single component system.
