本文通过对菱锰矿、菱铁矿微粒悬浮体在外磁场中的行为的研究,发现在菱锰矿、菱铁矿微粒悬浮体的沉降速度与外磁场强度关系图上有一特征曲线,并且它们的临界磁聚团场强处在中强磁场的范围,从而证实磁聚团方法在弱磁性矿物分选中应用的可能性;建立了弱磁性矿物微粒悬浮体磁聚团的微观模型。通过对现有几种磁聚团的数学模型的准确性的研究,得出了一个新的磁聚团能量数学模型,该模型的准确性已被试验证明。
In this paper, the behavior of rhodochrosite and siderite micro-particle suspension in external magnetic field was studied and found that there is a characteristic curve on the relationship between the settling velocity of rhodochrosite and siderite micro-particle suspension and the external magnetic field strength, and their critical magnetic The clustering field intensity is in the range of medium-strong magnetic field, which proves the possibility of using magnetic agglomeration method in weak magnetic mineral separation. The microscopic model of magnetic agglomeration of weak magnetic mineral particle suspension is established. By studying the accuracy of the existing mathematical models of the magnetic agglomeration, a new mathematical model of the magnetic agglomeration energy is obtained. The accuracy of the model has been proved experimentally.
