研究了盐酸浸出赤泥中杂质成分制备富钛渣的方法,考察了盐酸浓度、浸出温度、液固比和浸出时间对富钛渣中TiO_2品位的影响,通过ICP-AES和XRD检测手段分析了该酸浸过程的物相变化和作用机理。结果表明,在盐酸浓度30%、浸出温度80℃、液固比7∶1和浸出时间60min的条件下,富钛渣中TiO_2品位可达24%。随着盐酸浓度的提高,赤泥中方解石消失,赤铁矿、钙霞石和钙钛矿逐渐溶解,而板钛矿和石英基本没有溶解。
The effects of hydrochloric acid concentration, leaching temperature, liquid-solid ratio and leaching time on the TiO_2 grade in titanium-rich slag were investigated.
