Karst immersion around the reservoir - waterlogging phenomenon is one of the environmental problems of water conservancy and hydropower construction. Since the 1980s, such phenomena have occurred in several reservoirs, causing some economic losses. In this paper, a typical case of waterlogging in the reservoir area of Hongshuiheyitan Hydropower Station is analyzed, and the main reason and forming conditions of the waterlogging in the karst area are analyzed.
