为了实施创新教育、培养创新人才,以及对创新能力的培养是大学生素质教育的一项重要内容。本文在课题研究的基础上,通过对《中小企业创立与经营管理》课程两年的教学实践为切入点,在改革教学方法、优化教学课程内容设计和设置一套科学合理的教学评价体系等方面进行研究,探讨了如何对高职管理类专业课程教学体系进行创新,最后构建高职院校基于创新能力培养的课程教学体系。 In order to implement innovation education, cultivating innovative talents and training creative ability are an important part of quality education for college students. Based on the research of the subject, this article starts from teaching practice of “SME establishment and management” course for two years, in terms of reforming teaching methods, optimizing teaching curriculum design and setting up a set of scientific and reasonable teaching evaluation system It also discusses how to innovate the teaching system of higher vocational management major and finally builds the curriculum teaching system based on innovation ability training in higher vocational colleges.
