给出了一种嵌入式Montgomery模乘器的设计,它可以被嵌入到CPU智能卡中,协同实现各类基于大数模幂乘运算的公钥保密算法。该模乘器采用finelyintegratedproductscanning(FIPS)方法,使之适合于嵌入式的设计特点。各功能部件的并发执行和对分块RAM存储器的乒乓式存取及处理大大提高了该模乘器的处理速度。在10MHz的时钟频率下,利用该模乘器实现512bit的模幂运算(加密指数为512bit),只需要不到400ms。
The design of an embedded Montgomery modular multiplier is given. It can be embedded into the CPU smart card and work together to implement various types of public key secrecy algorithms based on the arithmetic of modular multiplication and exponentiation. The modular multiplier uses the method of finelyintegratedproductscanning (FIPS), making it suitable for embedded design features. The concurrent execution of various functional components and the ping-pong access and processing of the block RAM memory greatly improve the processing speed of the modular multiplier. In the 10MHz clock frequency, the use of the modulo multiplier to achieve 512bit modular exponentiation (encryption index 512bit), only less than 400ms.
