通过对遥感科学与技术专业的探索和研究,结合笔者单位遥感科学与技术专业发展现状,提出一个目标和四个支撑为指导的遥感创新人才的培养模式,即以培养遥感科学与技术专业的一线工程师为目标,同时以学生为主体,教师为支柱,以人才引进为保障和以教学体系建设为核心来构建专业遥感课程教学体系的基本框架,注重课程间的衔接,突出实践教学的有效性、渐进性。提出了自学-交流-应用的学生培养模式,真正发挥学生的自主能动性,培养出真正的合格+特色的高层次专门遥感人才。经过几年实践,专业人才的培养取得了显著的成果,得到了业界的高度评价。
