大位移同步顶升技术在大型海洋石油平台浮托法安装过程中起着重要作用。针对大位移连续同步顶升的工作原理,设计出一套用于试验研究的顶升能力20 t、累积顶升距离为2.4 m的大位移连续同步顶升装置,主要包括桩腿结构、垫块结构、夹持机构和喂料机构。基于有限元理论和强度理论,利用Solid Works中Simulation插件对大位移连续同步顶升装置各个关键部位进行强度分析,并采用电阻应变仪对装置主要部位进行静载应力检测。结果表明:测量结果比较接近仿真值,大位移连续同步顶升装置的结构强度满足要求,装置安装调试后各项设计指标达到要求。
Large displacement synchronous jacking technology plays an important role in the installation of float-top method for large offshore oil platform. Aiming at the working principle of continuous displacement with large displacement, a set of large displacement continuous synchronous lifting device with a lifting capacity of 20 t and a cumulative lifting distance of 2.4 m for the experimental study is designed, which mainly includes the leg structure, the pad structure , Clamping mechanism and feeding mechanism. Based on the finite element theory and the theory of strength, the strength of each key part of the large displacement continuous synchronous lifting device is analyzed by using the SolidWorks Simulation plug-in. And the static strain stress of the main part of the device is measured by resistance strain gauge. The results show that the measured results are close to the simulation value, the structural strength of the large displacement continuous synchronous lifting device meets the requirements, and the design indexes of the device meet the requirements after installation and debugging.
