目的对正常早孕吸宫流产和顿服米非司酮150mg48小时后的吸宫流产物的绒毛组织各26例进行细胞周期动力学的分析。方法采用流式细胞分析技术进行分析。结果服用米非司酮后,其胎盘绒毛滋养层细胞的DNA倍体水平无变化,而G0、G1期细胞明显增加(P=0007),G2、M期明显降低(P=0042),S期亦有下降趋势,但统计学处理无显著性意义(P=0054)。结论米非司酮对人胎盘绒毛滋养层细胞周期动力学有直接的作用,通过阻断滋养层G0、G1期细胞向S期的转化,从而抑制滋养层细胞的增殖,达到抗早孕的目的。
Objective To study the cell cycle kinetics of 26 cases of uterine fluid of uterine abortion products after 48 hours of mifepristone abortion in normal early pregnant women. Methods Flow cytometry analysis was used. Results After taking mifepristone, the level of DNA ploidy did not change in placental trophoblast cells, while the cells in G0 and G1 phase increased significantly (P = 0007), while G2 and M phases decreased significantly (P = 0042 ), S phase also showed a downward trend, but no statistically significant statistical significance (P = 0054). Conclusion Mifepristone has a direct effect on the cell cycle kinetics of human placental trophoblast cells, and inhibits the proliferation of trophoblast cells by blocking the transformation of the cells in G0 and G1 phase to the S phase of trophoblast, and thus achieving the purpose of anti-early pregnancy.
