提出了一个关于薄钢片动态撕裂试验能量分析法.在摆锤冲击试验机上按原始的实验方法获得了起始动态断裂韧性R0.dyn,和动态撕裂模量Tdyn.为了比较对同样材料进行了静态撕裂试验,以研究加载率V对断裂基本功Гe的影响.结果表明,在加载率1 mm/min到300 mm/min的变化范围内,断裂基本功Гe随加载率的对数略有下降.由于屈服应力随加载率而增加,作RO,dyn和Tdyn的比较时,观察到动态断裂韧性较之静态结果有一个明显的下降.
An energy analysis method for the dynamic tearing test of thin steel sheets was proposed.The initial dynamic fracture toughness R0.dyn and the dynamic tearing modulus Tdyn were obtained by the original experimental method on a pendulum impact tester.In order to compare the dynamic response of the same material The static tear test was carried out to study the effect of loading V on the basic work Гe.The results show that the basic work Гe of fracture with the loading logarithm is slight in the range of loading rate of 1 mm / min to 300 mm / min Since the yield stress increases with the loading rate, a comparison of RO, dyn and Tdyn shows that the dynamic fracture toughness has a significant drop compared to the static results.
