收获时玉米籽粒的含水量已是玉米育种工作者考评玉米材料的重要项目之一。为了筛选出玉米籽粒含水量的快速测定方法,本研究运用了四种玉米籽粒含水量快速检测法和恒重法(GB/T10362-89玉米水分测定法)同时对所有样品进行测量,并对测量数据进行比较及统计学分析,结果显示如下:成对数据t检验表明所用四种方法与“GB/T10362-89”玉米水分测定法具有显著差异,但相关性分析达到极显著水平,并可成功拟合有效的回归方程。因此,四种快速检测法测得数据与恒重法所得数据虽有一定差别,但在玉米育种实际工作中仍可进行不同材料间的比较和对真实玉米籽粒水分的预判和参考。
The moisture content of corn grain at harvest is one of the important items for corn breeders to evaluate corn material. In order to screen out the rapid determination of water content in maize kernels, four rapid tests of corn water content and constant weight method (GB / T10362-89 corn moisture test) were used to measure all the samples at the same time. Data were compared and statistical analysis was carried out. The results are shown as follows: The paired data t test showed that the four methods used were significantly different from the “GB / T10362-89” corn moisture assay, but the correlation analysis reached a significant level and Successful fitting of an efficient regression equation. Therefore, there are some differences between the data obtained by the four rapid detection methods and the data obtained by the constant weight method. However, the comparison between different materials and the prediction and reference of the real corn grain moisture can still be carried out in the practical work of corn breeding.
