利用聚氨酯、膨胀珍珠岩、挤塑式聚乙烯保温板 (PEF)、稻壳等隔热材料分别对仓顶、仓拱板上弦及粮面等部位进行控温效果试验。结果表明仓拱内采用 1 0cm珍珠岩 +5 0cm水泥珍珠岩隔热 ,效果最好 ,具有经济、有效的特点 ,最高可降低仓温 1 0℃ ,降低粮温 3~ 4℃ ,延缓了粮食陈化。仓顶采用 2 0cm厚水泥珍珠岩隔热 ,最高可降低仓温 8℃ ;仓拱内采用 3cm聚氨酯隔热 ,最多可降低仓温 6℃。粮面采用 2cm厚PEF材料隔热 ,板上板下最高温差 7℃ ;采用 1 5cm厚稻壳覆盖粮面隔热 ,在一定时间内能够延缓粮温上升
