通过观察大量的切屑根磨片,指出:切削铝合金时的积屑瘤形态为楔形。通过测量,得到了一些切削条件与积屑瘤高度、积屑瘤伸出量、积屑瘤底面长度和积屑瘤前角之间的关系。把切削条件与积屑瘤高度和伸出量的关系曲线与切削温度的关系曲线联系起来观察之后发现:切削速度和走刀量都是通过切削温度而对积屑瘤起作用的,并从中发现积屑瘤伸出量与高度的变化具有一致性。
By observing a large amount of chip root grinding, it is pointed out that the shape of BUE of cutting aluminum alloy is wedge shape. Through the measurement, the relationship between some cutting conditions and the height of the BUE, the extension of the BUE, the length of the bottom of the BUE and the edge of the BUE was obtained. The relationship between the cutting conditions and the relation between the height and extension of the built-up edge and the relationship between the cutting temperature is observed. It is found that both the cutting speed and the cutting distance all affect the built-up edge by the cutting temperature, and from this, The extent of asterisk extension was consistent with changes in height.
