领导方式是领导者影响群众的行为方式。从心理学的角度揭示领导行为的心理实质,则是“实施心理影响”的过程,它是领导者外在的影响力。所谓“影响力”是指领导者的命令、劝告或建议能引起被领导者作出预期反应的一种心理力量,它是领导者个性心理品质的外在表现。一切领导工作效率的发挥都是通过领导方式与行为表现出来的。领导者的影响力,涉及到领导者与被领导者的双方,而领导者是在双方相互作用中影响最大的人,在施受双方中占主导地位的人。
