一直以来,国有企业党员始终保持着党组织的先进性,在企业的发展过程中发挥着模范带头作用。但随着经济的发展,尤其是我国的经济体制发生转变之后,企业党员的思想观念以及政治意识受外界环境的影响较大,部分党员忘记了曾经加入党组织的初衷,出现了一些腐败行为,给企业的发展带来了不良影响。虽然国家不断采取措施抑制此类行为的出现,但并没有从根本上杜绝。笔者以“不忘初心”为口号,提出加强股份制企业党章学习工作的建议,希望通过学习党章来提升党员的思思想政治觉悟,促进企业又好又快发展。 All along, the members of state-owned enterprises have always maintained the advanced nature of the party organizations and played an exemplary role in the development of the enterprises. However, with the development of economy, especially after the transformation of our economic system, the ideology and political consciousness of corporate members are greatly affected by the external environment. Some party members forget the original intention of joining the party organization and some corrupt behaviors have emerged, To the development of enterprises has brought adverse effects. Although the State continues to take measures to curb the emergence of such acts, it has not fundamentally put an end to it. The author, based on the slogan of “Never mind the beginning of the world,” put forward suggestions on strengthening the study of the party constitution in joint-stock enterprises. He hoped that through studying the party constitution, it would enhance the ideological thinking of the party members and enhance the sound and rapid development of the enterprises.
