单脱乙基氯喹(Monodesethylchloroquine,MDEC)是氯喹的主要代谢产物,人服氯喹后,MDEG和氯喹占全血浓度的97%。MDEC对鸟疟有效,但对人疟的作用却了解甚少。作者给12名健康人每天口服氯喹(基质)2mg/kg,9天后对血中氯喹及MDEC的浓度作了测定,结果为:血浆、红细胞、全血中氯喹的浓度分别为274±120,2272±1042,1269±475nmol/L;MDEC的浓度分别为191±63,1586±737,773±233nmol/L。血中MDEC与氯喹的比率为0.51~1.19。8名
Monodesethylchloroquine (MDEC) is the main metabolite of chloroquine. After serving chloroquine, MDEG and chloroquine account for 97% of the whole blood concentration. MDEC is effective against avian malaria, but little is known about its role in human malaria. Chloroquine (matrix) 2mg / kg orally daily was given to 12 healthy people. After 9 days, the concentrations of chloroquine and MDEC in blood were determined. The results showed that the concentrations of chloroquine in plasma, erythrocyte and whole blood were 274 ± 120,2272 ± 1042,1269 ± 475nmol / L; the concentrations of MDEC were 191 ± 63,1586 ± 737,773 ± 233nmol / L, respectively. Blood MDEC and chloroquine ratio of 0.51 to 1.19.8
