在抽油井诊断中,由于粘滞阻尼系数的影响,致使模拟泵功图失真,使示功图定量解释产生误差。胜利油田滨南采油指挥部参考美国吉布思的分析方法,根据油田的实际情况,运用物理学、流体力学理论,导出了一种新的计算无因次等效粘滞阻尼系数的数学模型。文中简述了公式的假设条件、推导过程、有关参数的物理意义及公式形态。
In the diagnosis of pumping wells, due to the influence of the viscous damping coefficient, the simulated pump work diagram is distorted, which makes the dynamometer explain quantitatively. According to the analysis method of American Gibbs, according to the actual situation of the oil field, a new kind of mathematical model for calculating dimensionless equivalent viscous damping coefficient was derived by using physics and fluid mechanics theory. The article briefly describes the assumptions of the formula, the derivation process, the physical meaning of the parameters and the formula form.
