相转移反应(Phase Transfer Reaction简称P.T.R.)在有机合成方面的应用,近年来获得许多重要的进展,并逐渐发展成为一种新的化学合成方法。据文献报导〔1,2〕,它在烃化反应、缩合反应、亲核取代反应、加成反应、氧化和还原反应等方面均有应用。随着研究工作的进展,P.T.R可用于若干新的反应类型,如Frieder—Craft反应、卤代烃的羧化、重氮盐游离基偶合、芳香核上的亲电子取代、聚合反应及有机磷化合物的制备〔3,4〕等。本文目的是把大环聚醚作为P.T.R.催化剂用到狄克曼缩合反应。狄克曼缩合反应是指二元羧酸醋在金属钠或乙醇钠存在下进行的分子内克莱森(Ceaisen)酯缩合反应,它主要用来合成具有五元环、六元环和七元环的β-酮酸酯。其反
Phase Transfer Reaction (P.T.R.) in organic synthesis applications, in recent years, made many important advances, and gradually developed into a new chemical synthesis method. It has been reported in the literature [1,2] that it has applications in alkylation reactions, condensation reactions, nucleophilic substitution reactions, addition reactions, oxidation and reduction reactions.
