厦门地区夏季以7~8月温度最高,平均29.2℃,极端达35~36℃。适宜盛夏生长的食用菌很少。随着人们生活水平的提高,食物结构发生了很大的变化,对食用菌鲜品的需求较为迫切。为解决盛夏食用菌鲜品短缺的矛盾,笔者于1992、1993年盛夏,用蔗渣袋栽乳白木耳取得很好的效果,现简报如下: (一)材料与方法 菌株为笔者从野生子实体分离的乳白木耳。培养料配方为甘蔗渣78%,麸皮20%,糖1%,碳酸钙1%.料水比1∶2。于1992、1993年7~8月间分两批进行试验,采用规格为12×24cm栽培袋,袋装干料100g,高压灭菌,冷却接种,置28~30℃的室温下培养,待菌丝封口后开始划线隔天测菌丝生长速度。菌丝长满袋后每袋开5个梅花形排列约1cm~2的出耳孔,置29~32℃的菇房里进行常规出耳管理。耳芽长出后,隔天测定耳片的朵径和生长速度。
