当前在国内“扩内需”的新形式下,乡村生态旅游成为我国农业经济发展新业态的重要力量。保持其可持续发展必须要通过法律保障机制来保驾护航。本文通过对我国乡村旅游现状、国外乡村旅游法律机制、乡村生态旅游与可持续发展理念的解析,提出通过借鉴国外成功经验、完善我国旅游立法、重视旅游执法监督和增强旅游法制意识来确保乡村生态旅游可持续发展的法律。 At present, under the new form of “expanding domestic demand” in the country, rural ecotourism has become an important force in developing a new agricultural economy in our country.
