公平有效评价新产品研发团队绩效,合理奖励新产品研发团队是人力资源管理中亟待解决的问题。提出基于偏好聚类的群体层次分析法的评价方法,并以中盐株化为例,构建企业研发项目成果评估体系,包括战略性研发项目验收评估体系和新产品研发后评估体系。
Evaluating the performance of new product R & D team fairly and effectively, reasonably rewarding new product R & D team is an urgent problem to be solved in human resource management. This paper proposes a method of group AHP based on preference clustering. Taking the construction of medium salt as an example, this paper constructs the evaluation system of R & D project achievements, including the evaluation system of R & D project acceptance and evaluation.
