根据国家春播早熟高粱组2007、2008和2009年的区试结果,从试点的生产水平、精确度、有效性、分辨力和代表性等5个方面对6个区试点进行综合评价研究。结果表明:6个区试点的试验精确度较高,试验均有效,且有较高的代表性,适于鉴定具有广泛适应性的品种,都是春播早熟高粱的理想区试点和育种点。吉林省农业科学院和内蒙古赤峰市农牧科学院2个区试点具有较高的生产水平;吉林农业大学、白城市农业科学院和黑龙江省农业科学院等3个区试点具有较强的品种分辨力。利用主效可加互作可乘模型法和变异系数法分别对试点的分辨力进行估算,并对2种估算方法进行比较分析,发现吉林省的3个区试点和内蒙古的2个区试点能够对本地区新选育的高粱品种进行鉴定和分析,建议适当增加黑龙江省的区试点数。
According to the regional test results of spring sowing precocious sorghum group in 2007, 2008 and 2009 in China, the comprehensive evaluation of six pilot districts was conducted from the aspects of pilot production level, accuracy, validity, resolution and representation. The results showed that the six districts had higher test precision, better testability and higher representativeness, which were suitable for identifying cultivars with wide adaptability. All of the six districts were the ideal district pilot and breeding sites for spring sowing precocious sorghum. Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Inner Mongolia Chifeng Academy of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry two pilot areas have a higher level of production; Jilin Agricultural University, Baicheng Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and other three districts with strong species resolution. By using the main effect plus the interoperability model and the coefficient of variation method, respectively, the pilot’s resolution is estimated, and two kinds of estimation methods are compared and analyzed. It is found that three pilot districts in Jilin Province and two pilot districts in Inner Mongolia can Identification and analysis of sorghum varieties newly bred in this area suggest that the number of pilot areas in Heilongjiang Province should be appropriately increased.
