飞行员体能训练是飞行训练内容之一,是职业的需要。飞行活动对飞行员体能要求很高,有效的体能训练对提高其身体素质非常必要。《空军军事训练与考核大纲》(以下简称《大纲》)规定,部队凡不组织飞行必须每天完成1.5 h 正课体能训练;飞行当日有条件的也应组织体能训练;健康疗养期间每日体能训练不得少于2 h。要做到训练时间、人员、项目三落实,确保训练质量,并把体能训练列入地面训练内容之一。我们坚持了这一制度,科学地开展了高性能战斗机飞行员的体能训练。现将组织训练的方法介绍如下。
