体育教学中,根据学生在身体素质、运动能力、体育素养及个体心理倾向等方面的差异,我们可以将学生分为甲、乙、丙三个层次,并分别制定教学目标为发展目标、中等目标和基本目标。其中发展目标是指在熟练掌握所学内容的基础上,对大纲范围能有所拓宽,对教材内容有所深化;中等目标是指在掌握所学内容基础上,对拓宽的内容有大致了解;基本目标是指熟练掌握大纲规定的基本内容。实践教学中,完成分层次教学的各个目标通常要经过四个阶段。
