屈光不正,特别是远视,可影响儿童视觉发育,是弱视斜视的主要病因之一。研究弱视斜视儿童的屈光状态及其变化,有重要临床意义。以往研究多采用不同人群各年龄组的横向资料,本文纵向比较203例儿童4~10岁连续7年屈光数据来探讨远视逐年变化规律,其结果更为准确可信。对象与方法观察对象为本院小儿眼科门诊患弱视、内斜视的远视儿童203例,自4岁(或5岁)至10岁连续观察屈光状态6~7年(表1)。屈光检查用阿托品眼膏3日,每日3次。以视网膜检影法测定屈光度,本文取等效球
Refractive errors, especially farsightedness, can affect children’s visual development, is one of the major causes of amblyopia strabismus. Study of amblyopic strabismus in children with refractive status and its changes have important clinical significance. In previous studies, we used horizontal data from different age groups. In this paper, we compared 203 consecutive years of refractive data of 203 children with 4 years of age to 10 years of age to explore the year-to-year variation of hyperopia.
