我校从1980年开始,注重研究新时期德育工作的特点,并着手做实际的工作。剖析学生的心理、思想特征在改革开放的形势下,学生的心理特点发生了种种变化,许多教师抱怨学生难教,感觉到原来的教育方法失灵了。从教师的呼声中,我们认识到必须加强对学生心理、思想的分析研究,只有这样,才能找出行之有效的教育方法。于是,我们用发调查问卷、开学生座谈会、师生联欢会、组织谈心活动、动员和鼓励教师撰写调研文章等方法调查摸底。这些工作使我们对学生的思想状况、身心特点以及学生对教师的评价和要求,都有了新的认识。我们看到,新形势下中学生的心理、思想特征主要有以下几种表现:①善于思考,不愿盲从,勇于创新,却又容易感情用事,自制能力较差;②接触面厂,接受信息快,成熟提早,却又看问题片面、幼稚,特别是表现在对历史和国情的不了解方面;③有远大抱负和上进心,却又缺乏脚踏实地、吃苦耐劳的精神,劳动观念较差;④独立意识、成人感和自信心增强,却又难以摆脱很强的依赖
Since 1980, our school has focused on studying the characteristics of moral education in the new era and started to do practical work. Many teachers complain that students are hard to teach and feel that the original methods of education have failed. Therefore, we use questionnaires, open student forums, teachers and students get together, organize talk activities, mobilize and encourage teachers to write research articles and other methods thoroughly investigated. These efforts have given us a new understanding of the students’ ideological status, physical and psychological characteristics, as well as the evaluation and requirements of their students. We can see that in the new situation, the psychological and ideological characteristics of middle school students mainly include the following: (1) being good at thinking, not blindfolded, being brave in making innovations, but easy to be emotional and poor in self-control; (2) Mature early, but look at the problem one-sided, naive, especially in the history and national conditions do not understand; ③ ambitious and motivated, but lacking in a down-to-earth, hard-working spirit, poor labor concept; ④ independent , Adult feeling and confidence increase, but it is difficult to get rid of a strong dependence
