本文以2009年陕西、甘肃两省883个农户的调研数据为基础,运用二项Logit模型对农户天气保险兴趣以及购买意愿影响因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明,82.67%的农户愿意购买天气保险,说明我国天气保险拥有巨大潜在发展空间。地区、年龄、家庭总耕地面积、农业收入占家庭总收入的比重、是否曾因购买农用机械借钱、是否遭遇旱灾、有无债务、是否愿意采用新技术和是否对新型贷款产品有兴趣等因素对农户天气保险产品购买意愿有显著影响。
Based on the survey data of 883 farmer households in Shaanxi and Gansu Provinces in 2009, this paper uses two Logit models to analyze the factors that affect the weather insurance and the purchasing intention of farmers. The results show that 82.67% of farmers are willing to buy weather insurance, indicating that China’s weather insurance has great potential for development. Area, age, total farmland area of the family, proportion of agricultural income in total household income, factors such as borrowing money for purchasing agricultural machinery, whether there is drought, whether there is debt, whether or not to adopt new technology and whether it is interested in new loan products There is a significant impact on the purchase intention of farmers’ weather insurance products.
