目的观察单次白细胞单采对高白细胞白血病血细胞及血流动力学的影响。方法采用 CS3 0 0 0全自动血细胞分离机对 3 6例高白细胞白血病患者实施单次白细胞单采。单采前后测定白细胞、红细胞、血小板计数以及血流动力学指标 (全血粘度、血浆粘度、全血还原粘度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞变形系数、血栓形成系数 )。结果经白细胞单次单采后 WBC平均下降 1.43倍 (P<0 .0 1) ,BPC亦有下降 (P<0 .0 1) ;血流动力学改善。结论治疗性白细胞单采术治疗高白细胞白血病可迅速降低患者血中白细胞 ,降低血液粘度 ,改善临床症状。
Objective To observe the effect of single leukocyte apheresis on the hematology and hemodynamics of leukemia patients. Methods Single leukocyte apheresis was performed on 36 patients with leukemia of leukemia using CS3000 automatic hemocyte separator. Leukocytes, erythrocytes, platelet count and hemodynamic parameters (whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity, fibrinogen, erythrocyte rigidity index, erythrocyte deformation coefficient and thrombosis coefficient) were determined before and after the single harvesting. Results WBC decreased by 1.43 times (P <0.01) and BPC decreased (P <0.01) on average after single leukocyte transplantation. Hemodynamics was improved. Conclusion Therapeutic leukocyte apheresis treatment of leukemia patients can rapidly reduce the blood leukocyte count, reduce blood viscosity and improve clinical symptoms.
