近几年,小家电行业可谓是风生水起,什么是业内人士最为关注的话题呢?渠道问题当然是首选。我们生活在一个营销致胜的时代里,渠道问题和冲突就像是家电厂商难以摆脱的顽疾,面对如此繁多的渠道问题,企业的管理层及营销人员一般穷于应付。本文以C公司为案例来谈谈小家电企业所面临的渠道冲突,并给出解决方案,希望给业内带来启示。
In recent years, the small household electrical appliance industry can be described as wind and water, what is the most concerned about the topic of the industry? Channel of course is the first choice. We live in an era of marketing success, the channel problems and conflicts is like a hardship appliance manufacturers can not get rid of, in the face of so many channels, business management and marketing staff generally poor coping. In this paper, C company as a case to talk about the small household appliances enterprises are facing channel conflicts, and gives solutions, hoping to bring inspiration to the industry.
