听觉脑干反应(BSR)作为客观听力检查方法和中枢性疾病诊断手段,具有实用价值。为观察BSR反应消失,潜伏时间延长和域值升高等异常所见,在脑干病变的定位诊断上的意义,作者对42例经CT和手术证实的中枢神经系疾病患者进行BSR检查探讨,并与27例正常人做了对比分析。正常人BSR典形所见:在60 dB可见有7个波形,音刺激后1.5msec出现第1波,以后顺序至第7波,但第4波常不明显。27例54耳测定结果在70dB音刺激时,第3和第5波全部皆有出现。第1波在40 dB,第3波在30 dB时
Auditory brainstem response (BSR) as an objective method of hearing tests and diagnostic methods of central disease, has practical value.
