目的:分析探讨肾性水肿患者应用综合护理干预对其皮肤感染预防与护理满意度的影响。方法:将2013年8月-2014年9月于佛山市顺德区桂洲医院进行治疗的100例肾性水肿患者视作研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行综合护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组,皮肤感染率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾性水肿患者应用综合护理干预能够提高护理满意度,降低皮肤感染率。 Objective: To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prevention and nursing satisfaction of skin infections in patients with renal edema. Methods: One hundred patients with renal edema who were treated in Guizhou Hospital, Shunde District, Foshan City from August 2013 to September 2014 were considered as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into control group, observation group and control group. , Observation group for comprehensive care, compared two groups of nursing effects. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the skin infection rate was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with renal edema can improve nursing satisfaction and reduce skin infection rate.
