云南电网公司优质服务工作实施方案正式出台。围绕建设“中国领先的省级电网运营企业”战略目标和“确保省内售电量增长5%”这一核心工作,方案在落实“以人为本、以客户为中心”的核心价值观和“服务永无止境”理念的同时,在优质服务所取得成绩的基础上,进一步拓展附加服务和增值服务,提升服务能力和品质,丰富服务内涵。
