企业从战略规划、流程制定、研发技术和生产经营等工作均离不开人力资源。把人力资源工作做好,会成为企业发展的助推器;反之,如果人力资源作用没有得到充分发挥,不但不能促进企业发展,还会对企业发展产生负面影响。人力资源部门如果可以帮助业务部门实现价值,对公司的战略发展起到积极的推动作用,那么人力资源管理的价值也就得到了体现。本文从企业人力资源管理的角度,系统阐述了在人力资源管理中,如何通过企业发展战略来制定人才战略,如何将人力资源管理工作与企业主营业务紧密结合,旨在面向业务,将企业的业务需求转化为人力资源需求,并设计相应的解决方案。
Enterprises from strategic planning, process development, research and development technology and production and management work are inseparable from human resources. To do a good job of human resources, will be a booster for business development; the other hand, if not fully play the role of human resources, not only can not promote business development, but also have a negative impact on business development. If the human resources department can help the business unit realize the value and play an active role in promoting the company’s strategic development, then the value of human resource management will be reflected. From the perspective of enterprise human resource management, this paper elaborates how to formulate talent strategy through human resource management and how to integrate human resource management closely with the company’s main business in human resource management. The purpose of this article is to face the business, Business needs into human resources needs, and design the appropriate solution.
