近年来大量的研究证明,大多有抗癌作用的补益中药是通过增强免疫细胞和免疫因子的活性,调节机体内部平衡而发挥抑瘤作用的。现将近年来用于治疗肿瘤的补益中药对免疫功能影响的实验研究情况概述如下。一、对巨噬细胞的影响巨噬细胞(M_φ)不仅介导、调节针对肿瘤的特异性免疫应答反应,非特异性地吞噬消除肿瘤细胞,而且还能杀伤那些对宿主防御系统及放、化疗有耐受性的肿瘤细胞。不少有抗癌作用的补益中药均通过活化 M_φ而发挥抗肿瘤作用。邵伟的实验证实,口服云芝多糖能明显地提高 EAC 荷瘤小鼠腹腔 M_φ的吞噬率和吞噬指
