向Zr60Al10Ni10Cu20金属玻璃涂层合金粉末中添加质量分数为1%的CeO2粉末制成混合粉末,采用大功率半导体激光器通过同轴送粉方式,在Q235钢基材上制备熔覆层。通过与未添加CeO2稀土粉末的Zr60Al10Ni10Cu20涂层进行对比,利用EDAX、XRD分析研究了稀土加入对熔覆层相结构的影响,用显微硬度计测试了复合涂层的硬度,并采用失重法测定了该金属玻璃在不同浓度的HCl溶液中的腐蚀速率。结果表明:由于稀土的加入,涂层中的非晶成分增加,复合涂层的硬度提高了约10%,并且腐蚀速率降低了约37%。
Add ZrO2Al10Ni10Cu20 metal glass coating alloy powder 1% by mass of CeO2 powder made of mixed powder, using high-power semiconductor laser by coaxial feeding method, the Q235 steel substrate prepared cladding layer. By comparing with Zr60Al10Ni10Cu20 coating without adding CeO2 rare earth powder, the effect of rare earth addition on the phase structure of the coating was studied by EDAX and XRD. The hardness of the composite coating was measured by microhardness tester, and the weight loss was measured. The metal glass in different concentrations of HCl solution corrosion rate. The results show that due to the addition of rare earth, the amorphous component in the coating increases, the hardness of the composite coating increases by about 10%, and the corrosion rate decreases by about 37%.
