本文研究聚氯丁二烯、聚氯乙烯与2-甲基噁唑啉的本体接枝共聚合,考查了以KI为共引发剂时,反应条件对接枝共聚合的影响,结果表明,KI浓度在一定的范围内有较高的接枝率;反应温度是影响接枝共聚的另一重要因素,增加反应温度可显著加快接枝共聚速度。本文还研究了多种无机盐对接枝共聚合的影响,多种银盐、SbCl_8与CuSO_4等无机物对此接枝共聚皆有催化作用。
In this paper, bulk polymerization of polychloroprene, polyvinyl chloride and 2-methyloxazoline was investigated. The effects of reaction conditions on graft copolymerization with KI as co-initiator were investigated. The results showed that KI Concentration in a certain range of higher grafting rate; the reaction temperature is another important factor affecting the graft copolymerization, increasing the reaction temperature can significantly speed up the graft copolymerization speed. In this paper, the effects of various inorganic salts on the graft copolymerization were also studied. A variety of silver salts, SbCl_8 and CuSO_4 and other inorganic materials have catalysis on this graft copolymerization.
