研究了固溶时效工艺参数对ZA27MnSi合金的冲击值、金相组织和断口形貌的作用规律,认为该合金的固溶过程包括枝晶成分均匀化、化合物溶解、非平衡共晶组织的扩散消失和晶粒粗化;时效过程主要包括α相的共析分解、合金元素的聚集和化合物析出长大以及组织粗化.结果表明,经180℃或270℃固溶、自然时效,ZA27MnSi合金的冲击值可由铸态的15J/cm提高到410~46J/cm.
The effects of solution time and aging parameters on the impact, microstructure and fracture morphology of ZA27MnSi alloy were studied. It is concluded that the solution process includes the homogenization of dendrites, the dissolution of compounds and the disappearance of non-equilibrium eutectic structure And grain coarsening. The aging process includes eutectoid decomposition of α phase, aggregation of alloying elements, precipitation and growth of compounds, and coarsening of the microstructure. The results show that the impact value of ZA27MnSi alloy increases from as-cast 15J / cm to 410 ~ 46J / cm after solution treatment at 180 ℃ or 270 ℃ for natural aging.
