针对新型的半主动动力总成磁流变液悬置的磁路结构,利用ANSYS电磁场模块对悬置结构内部磁场进行了有限元分析。分析了不同结构的磁流变液悬置的磁场分布,研究了不同电流激励下的相应响应。通过有限元分析磁场分布,结合电磁场理论知识的理论验证,从而为后续悬置的结构设计提供了有效的依据。
Aiming at the magnetic circuit structure of the new type semi-active powertrain MRF, the internal magnetic field of the suspension structure was analyzed by using the electromagnetic field module of ANSYS. The magnetic field distribution of MRFs with different structures was analyzed and the corresponding responses under different current stimuli were studied. Through the finite element analysis of the magnetic field distribution, combined with theoretical knowledge of electromagnetic field theory validation, which provides the basis for the subsequent suspension structure design provides an effective basis.
