目的分析影响基层专业技术人员推广应用适宜技术的因素,为进一步完善农村卫生适宜技术的推广应用提供科学依据。方法以调查问卷和访谈的形式对甘肃省基层专业技术人员进行相关影响因素调查。结果 266名基层专业技术人员中,224人使用了被培训适宜技术,42人未使用被培训技术;性别、技术掌握程度、从事本专科工作年限影响基层专业技术人员对农村卫生适宜技术的推广应用,OR值分别为3.11、0.19及1.09(均P<0.05)。结论针对不同技术特性进行培训工作,增加基层专业技术人员对适宜技术的熟练掌握程度可以提高推广应用的效果。 Objective To analyze the factors influencing the popularization and application of suitable technologies by professional and technical personnel in grass-roots units and provide scientific basis for further popularizing and popularizing suitable technologies for rural health. Methods Based on questionnaires and interviews, we conducted a survey on the related factors of grass-roots professional and technical personnel in Gansu Province. Results Of the 266 professional and technical personnel at the grassroots level, 224 used the appropriate technology for training and 42 did not use the trained technology. The gender and technical mastery of their work experience affected the popularization and application of the appropriate professional and technical personnel in rural areas , OR values ​​were 3.11,0.19 and 1.09 (all P <0.05). Conclusions Training for different technical characteristics and increasing the proficiency of appropriate professional and technical personnel at grass-roots level can improve the effect of popularization and application.
