烟草花叶病毒 (TMV)能在侵染植物细胞中大量积累 ,具有作为表达载体的潜力 .本研究建立了一种新的TMV互补表达系统 .TMV外壳蛋白缺失的突变体TSHc带有分泌型丙型肝炎病毒的核心抗原基因 ,突变体TSBD是TMV复制酶缺失突变体 ,它们共同接种烟草之后因功能上互补而产生系统侵染 .TSHc能有效地复制并包装成稍长于野生型的病毒颗粒 .丙型肝炎的核心抗原在整株烟草中得到表达 .通过连续 3次传代 ,这个系统都具有系统侵染的特性 ,且稳定地表达核心抗原
