目的:探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗儿童和青少年肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:65例符合罗马Ⅲ标准的青少年肠易激综合征患者,年龄6～18岁,随机分为观察组34例,对照组31例。对照组常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服双歧杆菌四联活菌片,6～8岁0.5 g,tid;8～12岁1.0 g,tid;12岁以上1.5 g,tid。两组疗程均为4周。结果:观察组总有效率97%,对照组总有效率81%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组单项症状改善亦优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗儿童和青少年肠易激综合征有肯定疗效。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bifidobacterium quadriceps in treating children and adolescent irritable bowel syndrome. Methods: Sixty-five adolescent patients with irritable bowel syndrome who met the criteria of Rome Ⅲ were randomly divided into observation group (34 cases) and control group (31 cases). Control group, conventional treatment, the observation group on the basis of the control group plus serving Bifidobacterium quadriceps live film, 6 to 8 years old 0.5 g, tid; 8 to 12 years old 1.0 g, tid; 12 years old and above 1.5 g, tid. Two courses of treatment were 4 weeks. Results: The total effective rate was 97% in the observation group and 81% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Observation group improved single symptom better than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Bifidobacterium quadriceps can treat children and adolescent irritable bowel syndrome have a positive effect.
